Professional Requirements

Summary:

 

The senior project analyst is responsible for providing staff leadership and project management for a broad range of critical strategic business initiatives for CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, including program planning and service line development, process improvement, and special projects as requested by executive leadership. The senior project analyst is reporting to VP of Strategy.

  • Provide analytical support to one or more projects. Organize project tasks, structure information collection activities, and set timelines for completion of required tasks.
  • Analysis of data, provide recommendations, and make formal presentations to multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Develop new and innovative approaches for finding additional needed information.
  • Demonstrates initiative in identifying alternative solutions to issues in the project which are reasonably complex and require an understanding of how the outcome will affect multiple areas/departments
  • Make sound decisions on best use of resources in support of medical center priorities and strategies.
  • Support the successful operational implementation and use of technology and New Products.All duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field required.

 

Preferred Education:

Master’s Degree Preferred

 

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques and standards.
  • Advanced computer skills; PowerPoint, Ex el, Word; Data Migration and Management

Preferred Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of hospital operations; or understanding of healthcare operations
  • Ability to problem solve complex issues
  • Experience in a progressive, rapidly changing environment
  • Understands and manages inventory control
  • Three (3) years of experience in financial management, budget development, program development, quality improvement and project management.

 

Salary range is based on years of experience: $72,404.80 - $109,345.60 Annual Salary
